Hey guys! Just letting you know that the Heroes or Thieves cover has been delayed due to an accident that the artist had at the end of May. He's out of commission for at least a month so the earliest we'll probably see the cover is the end of July. Say some prayers that he feels better soon!
As for the content of Heroes or Thieves--it's going great! I like to break down editing by points of view so right now I've been focusing heavily on a particular one. (If you are a writer) You know how there is that one character who is just snow cones and sprinkles and cherry pie? This is not that character. The character, whom we shall call Asshat, was refusing to co-operate for a while. This pretty much went like "Hey, Asshat, I need you to go to Town A and do BLAH." To which Asshat always replied "Excuse me? I'm sitting here, wallowing in a pool of my own tears right now. Go ask someone else." But we smoothed things over and it's been smooth sailing for the last few days. I don't expect any further issues with him (flexes whip*) but I'll keep you updated. I still expect the novel to be "bascially completed" by the end of July or August and ready for the fantabulous Beta Readers. ;) [Official release date remains February 1st.]
Last but not least, the map is making great strides toward completion. Although it's been uploaded, enlargement and "places" have not been finalized, so I'm holding off celebrations until that's taken care of. Right now it's basically in beta phase, so forgive it's uselessness.
