I have almost reached the 160,000 word mark on Gods or Men, which I project will be around 600 pages in book form when it is fully complete. I have about 15 more chapters to go, and I expect that to take me 7 weeks (once, that would have been three weeks, but there is a particular character set on causing my demise who has slowed me down from five chapters per week to a measly two...)
The deadline I've set for myself (October of next year) seems like a very difficult goal at this point, with Gods or Men having suddenly slowed to a snail's pace. I shall have to redouble my efforts when I begin Princes or Paupers here in the next month or two!
