Book Tour

Now THIS is a very awesome update for Steps of Power! Following the completion of Heroes or Thieves, I will finally have my hands free to pour my focus into doing the fun side of promotion--giveaways, fun pictures, quotes, funny character chats, etc...

And it'll be time to get revved up to read book 2!

But the most awesome thing I will be focused on will be the Kings or Pawns Mega Tour where we will have a drawing for a $100 Amazon giftcard.

What is the Kings or Pawns Mega Tour, you ask?
$100, you shout?

This is a short summary and I'll go over the details once we get closer to beginning:

All you need to do is read Kings or Pawns (the first book in the series) pre-tour and drop an honest rating and/or review at qualifying locations (and when you have completed your choice of locations, just drop us the link/s for the reviews).

For every review placed for Kings or Pawns in qualifying locations (goodreads, Amazon, audible, Barnes & Nobles, etc...), you will receive your name in entry for a $100 Amazon gift card. The winner will be selected at the end of the tour!

So how do I join?

If you already own the format of your choice, you're good to go--just read!

If you do not own the format of your choice or someone you know does not: simply choose your format--ebook or audiobook--and let us know (via Twitter or Facebook). We will provide you with a free copy in exchange for your honest review.

"What if I've already read the book and left a rating/review?" you may ask.

No worries! You're one step ahead! When the tour begins, all you have to do is send us the links to all qualifying locations where you review was left and you're in!

How long do we have to read the book?

Well, if you like, you can jump in now and get a head start. We project to run the tour around July-- which means you'll need to leave your reviews PRIOR to the start of the tour. Each day of the tour, we will feature a blog and/or reviewer (sharing your words with your fellow readers). If you have chosen to only leave a rating (and not also a written review), that is fine as well--you will still qualify in full for the giveaway.

That Book Place Author Fair 2016

Steps of Power will be present at the 6th annual book fair in Madison, Indiana. This is our first event of the year, but we will not be in costume (given the time crunch for Heroes or Thieves' completion). We will still be there with awesome stuff to sell and doodle upon!

Last but not least, boy do I have a SUPER awesome treat from the same wonderful artist who did the Heroes or Theives cover! (As these are but sketches, you are definitely going to see changes between now and the finished version!)

Newsletter

Steps of Power will soon be launching a newsletter (should be here by the end of the month, but I will let you know!). If you join, it will update you once a month, or (sometimes) twice a month if there is something super special that needs more focus or more "immediate" sharing.

It will contain the summary for all content we've done for that given month or the next, as well as exclusive content!

If you join the newsletter, you will also find yourself with the knowledge to join in any giveaways we host--whether that be giveaways for books, posters, canvases, blankets, etc!

You can ALSO choose to be updated every time I post a News or Blog post on the website.

So in summary: updates, giveaways, and exclusive content--what's not to love?!
