Delivery Information
Processing of orders usually takes 1-2 business days before an item is shipped. Shipments will be collected by USPS on the morning following the day that the item was processed and sent out.
Media Mail
- Media Mail shipment options may only be selected for shipment of books.
- If your shipment contains items other than books, make sure that you select a different shipping method.
- In the case that you are trying to order books and non-book products, it may be less expensive to separate the books into a different order so that they can be shipped using Media Mail shipping.
- If your order contains only books and bookmarks, feel free to select Media Mail shipping, and we will take care of the logistics.
- If the Media Mail shipping method is selected incorrectly, you order may be cancelled and refunded automatically.
Order Cancellation
- We reserve the right to cancel any orders and issue a full refund in the event that shipping methods become unavailable or the cost of shipping becomes too expensive to complete the order.
