I'm very glad you attended this year. I love GenCon, such a fun and exciting place. You stopped by when I was walking by your booth and introduced me to your books. So glad you did as I am enjoying Book 1 a lot! Looking forward to the rest of them! Thanks again for adding to my reading and thanks for coming to Indiana for Gencon! Hope to see you back again next year.
Hey Jotto! That's awesome!--I'm thrilled to hear that you are enjoying it! I think you'll really LOVE book 2! The one I cosplayed as comes in there! :D I hope to see you again next year as well! (fingers crossed*)
I still laugh about all your cats looking the same. Kit is adorable. You know I love tiny tigers. Bella still has her beat at 5.47 lbs. A wonderful addition to the Sherwood forest. Lol
Excellent suggestions. My girls are on their second viewing of the Series of Unfortunate Events. They loved it. And I'm a Bob's Burgers fan through and through. I will be checking out Ajin. It was in my queue but I hadn't watched it yet. Did you check out Seven Deadly Sins yet? Any good? What about the new live action Ghost in the Shell? How do you feel about that? It looks crazy nuts!
I have not watched Seven Deadly Sins--it is on my queue! I'm really focusing on Supernatural right now (SO BEHIND! XD) And I'm also very unfamiliar with Ghost in the Shell. The movie looks ok--I'm a little skeptical. But then, live action anime movies tend to... well, fall pretty short XD
World Building Key 5: Balancing Realism with Magic

Nicely put! Healing is a classic risk for drama-killing (or un-killing?), and limiting it by the body's plus the healers' bodies' recovery power is a natural fix.
One limit I use is that magic can be addictive. Use your flying belt too much in a row and you start looking for excuses to stay airborne... until you're ready to jump off a building again and forget you've used up all the belt's power.
